Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motived AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) and Copilots to join our Digital Transformation team to help us shape the future. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects that directly enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, collaboration and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and deploy digital solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps/Automate, and M365 tools.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) and internal consultant on Microsoft Copilot and GenAI applications, driving automation, optimizing business processes, and enhancing decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. HR, Sales, Procurement) to identify opportunities and tailor AI-powered Copilot solutions to their specific needs.
• Accelerate Copilot adoption with POCs, demos and storytelling to showcase the potential of M365 and Custom Copilot solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they get the maximum benefits of AI-powered Copilots (both M365 and Custom).
• Contribute to Security and Governance control & measures to protect sensitive information and adhere to best-in-class security standards.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of architectural patterns, standards and best practices to deliver robust, consistent and user-friendly solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, Copilot, and M365 technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into cutting-edge solutions.
• Partner with internal and external developers, data scientists, and IT professionals to ensure seamless integration and functionality of AI Copilots.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Master's degree or certification (i.e. Microsoft Power Platform) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and their practical applications.
• Experience with chatbot development, including conversational design, NLP, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
• Experience integrating Copilots with internal and external systems and channels through web APIs, databases, plugins, and services such as Azure and M365.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, Office).
• Basic experience in programming and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Understanding of AI ethics, safety, security, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) controls for securing enterprise content and data.
• Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code and RPA technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, ideally on Azure Cloud Services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Functions, SQL).
• Experience with databases and system integration processes (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
