Job Title: SAP Project Manager Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Description: We are seeking a highly motived SAP Project Manager (PM) who will oversee the successful implementation of SAP software solutions across various departments within our Group and will help the organization transform its business and maximize its performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP systems and business process optimization. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other Business Units and Corporate Functions for the resolution of issues or projects related to the operation or expansion of SAP applications in the respective Unit/Function. • Participate in the definition of requirements for the development, installation and upgrade of SAP applications. • Design and implement projects to simplify existing SAP processes. • Oversee and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, to resolve the issues that arise as quickly as possible. • Ensure a smooth transition from development systems to those of the production process. • Manage incidents, problems and user requirements, as recorded in helpdesk, in a short, optimal and cost-effective manner, according to the agreed SLA. • Support and provide services in cases of incidents, to restore the smooth operation of the information systems. • Maintain and update the Department's technical library that includes the applications’ technical instruction manuals. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. • Professional certification (SAP, ITIL, PMP) is a strong plus. • Solid IT knowledge, with particular experience in SAP software and other technical applications • Experience in commercial or industrial IT systems and applications • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail Benefits: Our Company offers a competitive remuneration package and provides a wide range of benefits including professional development opportunities.
