Job Summary: We are looking for an accomplished Head of BIM Team to join our organization and lead the development and implementation of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for forming and managing the BIM team, establishing efficient workflows, and driving the integration of BIM methodologies across all company projects. Moreover, the Head of BIM Team will supervise and monitor the progress of BIM-related design activities throughout the company’s ongoing construction portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Establish, lead, and mentor a high-performing BIM team within the organization • Define and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration • Ensure smooth integration of BIM within project planning, design, and execution phases • Provide strategic guidance on BIM adoption and usage across departments • Monitor and manage the BIM design progress across all company projects. • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and architects to ensure the effective application of BIM technology. • Evaluate and improve BIM models, ensuring they align with industry standards and project requirements. • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve BIM-related challenges and optimize design workflows. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in BIM management within large-scale construction projects. • Strong expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools. • Proven experience in leading BIM teams and establishing company-wide BIM processes. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
