What We are looking for  As a Media Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team, where you will be a part of the company’s media strategy implementation for Greek and Cyprus markets, aligning with the business and strategic goals. More specifically, your tasks will include: Implementation of marketing campaigns across all media Create and manage the analytical TV plans of the company Participate in the preparation of integrated media plans that meet the communication objectives and company’s goals Ensure that all campaigns start on time and handle any last-minute issues Oversee the administration and maintenance of media buys Work with data and insights to improve performance of media plans Perform media audits and ensure achievement of media KPIs Perform analysis and share results and learnings to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis Support the creation of campaign post reports Source and evaluate proposals from media partners Ensure budgets are managed and on track Handle invoices and facilitate all internal financial procedures What you bring At least 3 years of working experience in media planning, buying or any other relevant role BSc or MSc in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration will be considered as a plus Experience in TV buying will be considered as an asset Experience in planning activity calendars for multiple channels and media (TV, Radio, OOH, Display) Curiosity, with a passion for continuous development Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners across markets Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
