What We are looking for As a Marketing Communications Senior Specialist, you will join our dynamic Marketing team for the Marketing Communications of Greece & Cyprus and report to the Head of Marketing Communications for these markets. You will help us build strategies and tactics to get the word out about our brand and deploy successful marketing campaigns owning their end-to-end implementation. What you will work on Further reinforce Novibet brand equity in the mature Greek market and establish its brand presence in the Cypriot market Oversee and execute marketing and advertising activities and content initiatives that engage customers and maximize brand awareness and consideration Own the end-to-end marketing planning for new Novibet markets (research, design and execution) Lead ideation, production and optimization of marketing activations that can be scaled or replicated across all Novibet markets Plan and execute Go-to-market strategies Develop communication strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets Create engaging ATL campaigns both for Sportsbook products and Casino and liaise with content coordinators to ensure brand consistency.  Optimize content according to SEO, working closely with relevant team members Running RFPs to identify the right partners or vendors for Marcomms projects  Handle creative and content agencies across markets and prepare pitch presentations- briefings Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for promotion and growth Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Monitoring and managing communicational plans to be submitted to the Hellenic Gaming Commission & the National Betting Authority of Cyprus Own, monitor and handle Marcomms budget  What you bring Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in brand management, content management or account management roles BSc degree in Communications, Marketing or relevant field. MSc degree is a nice-to-have Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers Outstanding communication skills Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity Familiarity with digital marketing and social media A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing Fluency in English language with excellent writing skills  Knowledge of the gambling industry as a professional or even as a player would be considered a plus What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
