For a full coverage of the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role, you ought to be able to: • Support and maintenance of various existing cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP/Citrix) • Help manage and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. • Fix errors/resolving issues at run time • Solving complex problems and developing system improvements • Ensuring compliance with the agreed target architecture • Participate and support in the implementation of cloud solutions, including migration of existing services to the cloud • Propose, design, implement and continuously improve services such as Logging, Monitoring etc. • Install and configure resources using IaaC technologies (Terraform/Cloudformation) and DevOps practices #OurRequierements Key Qualifications To qualify for the role, you must have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred). Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform (preferred) and proficiency in Git operations, including pipeline automation with tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. Solid troubleshooting skills in both Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows environments (Windows Server). Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory Services and Entra ID. Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix preferred) with a proactive approach to infrastructure monitoring. Hands-on experience using trouble-ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). Demonstrated experience in an Agile work environment possessing qualities such as a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive problem-solving approach Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Eagerness to learn and continuously improve Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and team spirit Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation in English Fluency in English Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties Be available to work full-time with a permanent contract at DACC office in Thessaloniki. Bonus Qualifications Experience as a Database Administrator (MS SQL Server preferred) –is considered a plus. Certifications in cloud technologies from providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience in a regulated industry, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements related to cloud computing.
