Job Title: Digital HR Expert Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital HR Expert to join our fast-growing Human Resources team. The Digital HR Expert will leverage technology and data analytics to enhance HR functions and improve the employee experience. The role will be responsible for implementing digital HR solutions, optimizing HR processes and driving HR initiatives through technology, playing a pivotal part in the Group’s digital transformation journey. Responsibilities: • Design and implement digital HR strategies aligned with business objectives. • Streamline HR processes and apply digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity. • Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to enhance the employee experience. • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital HR initiatives and propose innovative solutions. • Manage HR technology platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS) and learning management systems (LMS). • Collaborate closely with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and systems. • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on digital HR tools and processes. • Stay updated on the latest HR technologies and industry trends • Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and automation and translate into digital solutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a strong plus. • Solid experience in HR management, particularly in digital transformation and HR technology. • Strong understanding of HR best practices, software and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
