Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join our BIM Team, contributing to both technical modeling and project coordination. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, teamwork, and problem-solving, positioned between junior-level execution and senior-level planning. Key Responsibilities: • Create, modify, and manage 3D BIM models using software like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D • Ensure models comply with project standards and industry best practice • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts and improve design efficiency • Maintain model accuracy and ensure compliance with project specifications • Maintain accurate records of model changes and updates Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (esco code 216), Civil Engineering (esco code 2142), Construction Management, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within large-scale construction projects • Strong expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools • Excellent understanding of construction processes, design principles, and engineering disciplines • Ability to identify and resolve design conflicts and inefficiencies • Good communication, and problem-solving skills • Strong teamwork and coordination abilities across disciplines Apply today and be part of a dynamic team!
