About the job: We are seeking for a Compliance Officer, with a keen eye for detail, to join our dynamic Compliance Team. A professional who will be dedicated to meticulously analyze regulatory requirements, evaluate our bank's procedures, products and services and ensure we adhere to all regulatory mandates and uphold the highest ethical standards. Responsibilities • Responsible for managing issues related to Bank's compliance with the relevant regulatory framework and Group Compliance Policy • Review procedures, to identify any deficiencies or aeras for improvement and recommend necessary adjustments • Monitor the implementation of issues related to the proactive oversight of Prudential Regulation, (e.g. CRR), and ESG framework • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Bank, representing Compliance in WGs and internal meetings, evaluate the Bank's products/services and processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory standards • Identify compliance risks and report internally, according to the internal procedures and hierarchy • Support the budgeting process by assisting in the preparation of the Regulatory Compliance budget and contribute to develop reports. • Identify and review regulatory framework updates and inform the relevant Units of Compliance Qualifications • BSc in Finance, Business Administration, Legal or related field • MSc in Economics, Finance, Risk, Legal or related field will be considered an asset • Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Banking or wider Financial Services industry, or Consulting, (Compliance, Risk management, Audit, Legal. Focused on CR, CRR and ESG, or related field) • Strong knowledge of regulatory environments, particularly within the banking industry • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Team spirit and ability to learn, communicate and organize effectively • High attention to detail, excellent analytical and critical skills, methodic, proactive, flexible, able to take initiatives and to drive developments What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
