About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our Talent Acquisition and People Development unit, and specifically our Learning and Development team. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving financial environment. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with our strategic goals and corporate values.
Responsibilities
• Partner with key client-facing units such as Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Wealth Management to analyze training needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate values
• Design and implement structured training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge, fostering career growth and supporting organizational success
• Develop and maintain training materials for both in-person and online learning formats (e-learning, virtual classrooms)
• Administer the annual training plan, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring smooth execution
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements to address emerging needs
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive training reports and insights to senior management, demonstrating the impact of learning initiatives on business performance
• Supervise and support internal and external trainers on content, methods, and techniques
• Monitor market trends and advancements, integrating innovative methodologies, tools, and relevant training topics to enhance learning effectiveness
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external training providers to expand the breadth and quality of learning opportunities
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics, or any related field.
• A minimum of 6–8 years of proven experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably within a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving
• Project management skills with a track record of successful L&D project delivery
• Strong analytical skills to identify key parameters of a problem and develop optimal solutions
• Ability to stay updated on strategic developments within the organization and align training initiatives accordingly
• Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality outcomes within established deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
