[email protected] Responsibilities: - Ensures the satisfaction of the data management and analysis needs of the business units by extracting reports and analyses, as well as creates suitable reusable data models from the available sources - Supports the ability of the units to self-service in matters of analysis and visualization through the use of modern tools and best practices of data management - Provides business analysis services to business units to identify data management needs. Analyzes business and technical requirements and coordinates technical and business teams to effectively implement data management and analysis solutions to meet the respective needs - Designs, develops and maintains interactive analyses with graphical display of information to provide information clearly and efficiently at the different levels of management - Undertakes the investigation and gradual integration of new optimized reporting tools and methodologies and/or development of advanced analytics/AI/ML algorithms - Provides high quality data for reports in collaboration with Data Engineers, monitors the proper functioning of reports and related systems - Understands available data and the processes that generate it - Develops complex models and analysis algorithms to support business management in making reliable decisions and draws conclusions through learning from historical relationships and trends in data (machine learning / predictive analytics) - Identifies and analyzes data functionality in new projects and systems involving the creation or specification of reports Requirements: - Degree from Technological Educational Institute in Science or Computer Science - Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Analysis will be considered an additional qualification - At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in Computer Science or Data Management - Experience in the energy industry will be considered an additional qualification - Certification title in Microsoft Cloud environment e.g. PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate. and/or AZ-100 (Azure Data Scientist Associate) and/or AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate) will be considered an additional qualification - Knowledge of architectural and modern IT technologies, including data analysis and management technologies (e.g. Databricks, Data lakes) and relevant programming languages (e.g. MDX, DAX, SQL, Python, R) preferably in a Cloud environment - Experience in using/managing business intelligence tools (preferably QlikSense, PowerBI) - Experience in data mining and data modeling - Strong problem solving, data exploration and data visualization skills - Good knowledge of the English language Competencies: - Accountability and result orientation - Problem-solving and decision-making - Customer orientation - Understanding of business environment - Teamwork and cross functional collaboration - Effective communication - Strategic thinking - Enabling change and innovation Benefits: - Inclusive working environment - Continuous training and participation in development activities - Group health and life insurance program - Reduced electricity consumption invoice
