[email protected] Responsibilities: - Monitoring and analysis of telecommunications and digital services market, in collaboration with the respective units and subsidiaries of the Group - Collection, processing and analysis of financial, technical and other data, in collaboration with the competent business units and subsidiaries of the Group and external bodies, for the implementation of the Strategic and Business Planning of the Group and the evidence-based decision making - Preparation of reports and analysis related to the above to identify value and improve strategic decision making - Planning and development of systems, tools and procedures for knowledge management and promotion of business intelligence in the Group - Analysis of the internal and external environment, stakeholders and the Group's competition, in the context of identifying strategic priorities and establishing strategic positioning, in collaboration with business units and subsidiaries of the Group - Participation in relevant domestic and international organisations and promotion of the Group's strategic positions and objectives, in cooperatin with the respective units and subsidiaries of the Group - Collaboration with Business Units, subsidiaries of the Group to conduct analyses and make recommendations for the improvement of digital and telecommunications strategies - Participation and collaboration with competent departments regarding projects related to telecommunications data analysis, understanding of business needs and providing customised analysis solutions Requirements: : - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Sciences from a Greek or foreign university (preferably with subject area/specialisation in Telecommunications or Computer Science) - A Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics will be an asset - At least 8 years of proven professional experience in Telecommunications, digital products and services, including at least 3 years in positions of responsibility in large organisations - Experience in telecommunications market strategy and regulation Competencies: - Accountability and Result Orientation - Problem Solving and Decision Making - Understanding of the business environment - Effective team management - Ability to negotiate and influence - Change Management Benefits: - Attractive benefits package - Development opportunities in a constantly evolving environment - Possibility of flexible work arrangements - Inclusive working environment
