The position is addressed to candidates who thrive on delivering results in a fast-paced environment where their work has high impact. What you will be doing : • Understand the mechanics of the product/service, its USP and the eco-system (internal or external) required to make it successful and bring product and technical content expertise relevant to the domain of the new product/service. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and units that are enablers of the new product/service to shape the final design, steer the operationalization and achieve the targeted revenue impact. • Own the business case, identify the design choices, assess the impact and drive the syndication process to reach consensus. • Set and prioritize key product/service features in line with original business logic and underlying business case and is the de facto ‘go-to’ person for implementation teams for all business questions. • Assess and provide business steer for all legal, regulatory, operational risk and DPO restrictions and escalate in case where alternatives jeopardize original business objectives. • Set the pricing structure for the product/service, and is responsible to set the internal and external SLAs required for the operation of the product (incl agreeing the revenue sharing with contributing business units). • Shape together with Marketing the marketing strategy for the product/service and facilitates its implementation • Monitor the performance of the product/service post-go-live, identify corrective actions and additional features that will enhance the commercial performance of the service. • Continuously scan and identify opportunities to expand the product/service across geographies, customer segments or by expanding the added value through additional partnerships. What you need to have : • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or in a quantitative field of study • An MBA or a postgraduate degree in Finance or in any other related discipline will be considered an asset • 10+ years of experience in financial services or 6+ in management consulting in similar roles. • Professional hands-on experience in Financial Services or Management consulting and specifically in the fields related to Product Management, Strategy and Business • Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail. • Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
