The Recovery and Resolution Senior specialist will also support the management team and the relevant committees by providing the material and analysis required to facilitate informed decision-making. What you will be doing • Formulates the Group’s Recovery Plan, evaluates the completeness of its annual report, whilst submitted to the Supervisory Authorities. • Contributes to the cultivation of the relationship of the Bank with the Single Resolution Board (SRB) and designs the communication framework. • Develops and enhances the reports required by the Resolution Authorities and monitors the Bank’s action plan with regards to the yearly work-program set by the SRB, in cooperation with the manager. • Introduces corrective actions where necessary. • Supports the development of the Resolution Plan activities by evaluating data and producing reports by effectively filling templates such as Liability Data Template, Critical Function Template, Financial Market Infrastructure Template, EBA templates, valuation and bail in Data sets. • Assesses and monitors the evolution of MREL and other relevant ratios, the effects of changes in the Bank’s balance sheet, and forecasts their development in the context of budget, business and strategic plan. • Prepares internal and external reports for relevant Committees and other stakeholders. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in, Finance, Economics or any other related field. • A Master’s degree in Risk Management is desirable. • A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience preferably in the financial services, financial consulting industry, and/or with Resolution Framework knowledge. • Advanced use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint) • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills. • Solid critical thinking and with a high attention to detail. • Results-oriented. • Strong communication skills What we offer It’s all about our people.
