Join our team and #be_part_of_tomorrow #AlphaBank #Tomorrow Purpose As Data Governance and Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for the data collection, analysis, modeling and reporting of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) supporting the Bank’s ESG objectives. What you will be doing • Generate quantitative statutory ESG reports, including Pillar-3 reports on Climate & Environmental Risk, reports according to Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD), Sustainable Finance Disclosure Reporting (SFDR) & Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). • Provide data and analysis for non-statutory external reports such as the UN Environment Program Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), Net-Zero Banking Alliance (NZBA), etc. • Generate reports on data trends throughout the Bank to highlight opportunities for enhancement or alterations in strategy. • Implement an enterprise-wide data governance framework to enhance data quality and safeguard sensitive data in collaboration with the Data Governance and IT units. • Compile, review, and enter data used for regulatory and reporting purposes into the sustainability database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Co-develop and implement processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data issues. What you need to have: • Α Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or related field • A Master’s degree is strongly preferred • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in quantitative or financial reporting and analysis • Understanding of sustainability especially in the financial services • Sustainability reporting certifications and training (e.g. GRI, CDP, PCAF) will be an advantage • Time management skills and result orientation • In depth analytical thinking • Learning agility • Effective communication and collaboration Skills What we offer: Ιt’s all about our people.
