What We are looking for As the Head of Marketing Communications (Greece & Cyprus), you will take full ownership of strategic marketing initiatives in these key markets, focusing on sports marketing, betting industry trends, and organic/social content growth. You will work closely with multiple teams to elevate brand awareness, enhance engagement, and solidify Novibet’s presence as a top betting brand. What you will work on • Develop and execute the marketing and communication strategy for Greece and Cyprus, ensuring brand awareness, customer growth, and engagement. • Lead and manage the local marketing team, providing guidance and fostering innovation. • Enhance Novibet’s positioning as a premium sports betting brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. • Drive engagement & growth through organic & social content strategies, leveraging real-time sports events, influencer partnerships, and community-driven marketing. • Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, ATL & BTL marketing, social media, and sponsorships. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to drive data-driven marketing decisions. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, media partners, and influencers. • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and brand performance. • Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Novibet. What you bring • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the betting, gaming, or entertainment industry. • Strong expertise in brand management, performance marketing, and customer engagement strategies. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Fluency in Greek and English is required.
