What We are looking for As the Head of PR & Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Novibet’s PR and Corporate Communications strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and corporate reputation. You will also drive CSR initiatives, enhance employer branding, and lead internal communications, fostering a positive brand image both externally and within the organization. What you will work on • Develop and execute the PR & Corporate Communications strategy to enhance brand reputation and public awareness, positioning Novibet as an industry leader • Design and implement impactful PR campaigns and thought leadership initiatives that align with Novibet’s business goals • Craft and oversee press releases, corporate announcements, and crisis communication responses to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with business objectives • Manage media relations, acting as a spokesperson for the company and building strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers to maximize positive coverage • Monitor public perception, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership • Oversee CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, strengthening Novibet’s commitment to social impact and community engagement • Strengthen employer branding efforts by collaborating with HR to showcase Novibet’s culture, employee experience, and career opportunities through PR and communication channels, to attract top talent and establish Novibet as an employer of choice • Drive internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s vision, values, and key initiatives • Manage and mentor a high-performing PR & Communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence • Cooperate with external partners, including PR agencies and media consultants to optimize Novibet’s public presence What you bring • 7+ years of experience in PR and Corporate Communications preferably in the betting, gaming, entertainment, or technology industry • Previous experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance • Strong network in media, with established relationships in the press, online, and broadcast sectors • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with experience in crafting compelling press releases, corporate messages, and speeches • Proven experience handling crisis communications and managing reputational risks • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure PR success and optimize communication strategies • Experience in managing CSR initiatives and thought leadership programs • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance • Strong academic background in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
