What We are looking for As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing Novibet’s financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will drive financial planning and analysis, optimize cost management, and provide key insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial efficiency and ensure the organization's long-term financial stability. What you will work on • Manage monthly and year-end reporting in accordance with group and company guidelines • Coordinate and direct the preparation of a full set of management and financial reports • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting • Support month-end and year-end close process • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls • Preparation of analysis of complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Senior Management for decision-making purposes • Assist in auditing processes and preparation for external audits What you bring • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller • 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience • BSc / MSc degree in Finance or Accounting or related studies (CPA or CMA will be considered a plus) • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures • Experience with creating financial statements • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process • Proficient in MS Office skills • Familiarity with ERP software and forecasting tools • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and hands-on attitude What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
