[email protected] Responsibilities: - Establishes an information security strategy and sets the roadmap of related projects, ensuring their alignment with the total digital strategy of the company. - Defines and reviews the cybersecurity strategy on a regular basis, in cooperation with the Assistant Director of Cybersecurity Projects, incorporating new developments in the field of cybersecurity and ensuring the achievement of the Department’s strategic objectives. - Is responsible for designing and implementing awareness projects and actions for the Group’s users, with the aim of strengthening the security culture across all levels of the Organization and reducing human-factor risk. - Explores and assesses new technologies, tools and methodologies, for the continuous reinforcement of the cybersecurity level of the Group and the effective protection against evolving cyber threats. - Develops partnerships and manages communication with internal units and external bodies, subsidiaries and third parties, as well as the Competent Department for the leverage of European initiatives and technological solutions in the field of cybersecurity. - Supervises the permanent teams of the Cybersecurity Strategy & Planning Department, ensuring their smooth operation, the achievement of their objectives and their alignment with the overall strategy of the Cybersecurity Department Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree from a Greek or a foreign University, Technological Educational Institute or College in IT, Information Security, Computer Engineering or a related field. - A Master's degree in Information Systems Security will be an asset. - At least 8 years of proven relevant experience in information Systems security and architecture and/or GRC. - At least 2 years of experience in team oversight or management. - Experience in the use of ISO 27001 Lead Auditor will be an asset.
