About the job: The Software Developer Manager will be responsible for providing technical direction and solutions, as well as managing multiple teams, responsible for the delivery of the end-to-end development lifecycle of the Bank's Banking Credit systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for application improvements and propose innovative solutions in order to increase efficiency and automation of the production environment, as per business needs. Responsibilities • Contribute to the design, development, and execution of the technology roadmap for Credit systems, aligning with business goals and objectives • Provide technical knowledge and implement solutions of Credit & Loan related products on the Core Banking functions and Loan origination processing, with respect to functionality, performance, scalability and reliability • Collaborate with various teams and senior business stakeholders to understand credit-related business goals, define requirements, establish priorities and ensure successful projects delivery • Act as a Technical Lead for RFP (Request for Proposal) and/or RFI (Request for Information) projects for Credit/Loans Banking business domain • Lead, manage teams and projects in an agile development environment, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team • Provide technical guidance to teams, ensuring the quality and performance of the development lifecycle, and successfully manage deliverables Qualifications • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (BSc, MSc) • 8+ years of proven experience in a relevant position with deep technical knowledge and solid experience in implementing and supporting Credit & Loans origination systems • Extensive experience in Banking products & procedures or in Financial Services related industry • Excellent programming skills in Java, C++, or C#, proven experience in SQL and Web Services (REST/SOAP) • Experience in managing software development projects, from initiation to completion, utilizing agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps) • Good understanding of Microservices architectures and integration with Core Banking Systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, and to translate business strategy into technical outcomes What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
