We are looking for a highly skilled H&S Engineer to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations • Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulation • Monitor personnel and workspace • Perform regular inspections and audits to identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken • Maintain up-to-date documentation of safety reports, permits, and compliance records • Encourage and advocate for safer work equipment, materials and supplies • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures • Stay informed about new safety regulations, technologies, and best practices Job qualifications and requirements: • BSc in Engineering • 2-5 years of experience working with Health, Safety and/or Environmental policy • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in MS Office The Company offers: • A competitive compensation package • Private medical insurance • Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth • A positive and collaborative working environment • Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members.
