We are looking for a highly skilled Planning Engineer (Primavera) to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: • Development of baseline schedules • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders • Monitoring of projects progress • Developing and monitoring projects using Primavera P6 software or MS Project • Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle, including budgetary, timeline, safety, and compliance risks • Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope, timeline, and milestones • Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions • Prepare and maintain regular project status reports for stakeholders • Ensure all project planning activities align with company standards and objectives Job qualifications and requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field • Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field will be considered an asset • 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry • Advanced user of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, Microsoft Office (focus on Excel) • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document deficiencies • Strong communication skills • Ability to quickly resolve daily operational issues • Organizational skills & decision-making ability • Ability to work effectively in a team environment The Company offers: • A competitive compensation package • Private medical insurance • Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth • A positive and collaborative working environment • Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!
