We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: • Design, build and ship dependable AI agents for real business workflows • Own delivery end-to-end —from discovery and prototyping through a pre-launch optimization phase and production rollout— balancing deterministic code with AI • Review requirements, build prototypes, and iterate to agreed accuracy targets before production • Add observability, logging, alerts, retries/rate-limits, and cost controls; support human-in-the-loop where needed with concise QC summaries • Build and maintain connectors and retrieval pipelines to enterprise systems and data stores • Write clear designs/runbooks and work closely with Solution Delivery and customer stakeholders • Lead end-to-end implementations, set quality bars, and make architecture choices • Design retrieval/data schemas, instrumentation, and cost/latency budgets • Coach teammates and engages directly with customer stakeholders • Ship features and integrations independently with code reviews • Implement evaluation datasets, prompts/tools, and basic observability • Contribute to design docs and follows established guidelines • Lead end-to-end implementations, set quality bars, and make architecture choices • Design retrieval/data schemas, instrumentation, and cost/latency budgets • Coach teammates and engages directly with customer stakeholders Job qualifications and requirements: • BSc in Civil Engineering or related field • MSc will be considered an asset • 5+ years of experience in IT industry • 2+ years of experience in leading AI deliveries • Experience delivering LLM/RAG/automation solutions in production or near- production environments • Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph, n8n), vector/graph DBs, Postgres/Redis, tracing/observability platforms, Azure, and integrations with ERP/line-of-business systems will be considered an asset • Solid software engineering fundamentals and strong Python • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks, retrieval stores (vector/graph), relational DBs, and CI/CD • Comfortable with metrics and tracing to monitor accuracy, latency, and cost The Company offers: • A competitive compensation package • Private medical insurance • Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth • A positive and collaborative working environment • Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!
