Job Title: Digital Finance Transformation Manager AKTOR Group of Companies is a leading player in the country’s infrastructure sector and delivers high-end services from an integrated portfolio of capabilities, including Construction, Real Estate, Renewables, Facility Management and Facility Participation.   As one of Greece’s largest groups with 7.000 employees, our commitment is to build the infrastructure that empowers people and communities to thrive.  We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Finance Transformation Manager to join our team.  The Digital Finance Transformation Manager supports the modernization of the Group’s finance function by leveraging data analytics, automation, and digital tools. This role bridges Finance, IT, and Operations to enhance financial visibility, accuracy, and decision-making across large-scale construction and real estate projects. Duties & Responsibilities • Support the implementation of the digital finance roadmap, focusing on automation, analytics, and process optimization • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to integrate ERP (SAP / Oracle) systems with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for real-time project and cost reporting • Design and maintain automated dashboards tracking project profitability, cash flow, and KPIs • Use AI-driven analytics and predictive models to improve forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction projects • Identify manual or repetitive finance processes and propose RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across multiple business units and projects • Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for technology investments within Finance • Partner with Project Controls and Operations to align financial reporting with project performance data • Train and support finance teams on new digital tools and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • MSc in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Digital Transformation is a plus • 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), project finance, or finance transformation • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering industry preferred • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) • Familiarity with AI tools, RPA, or data automation solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate with IT, Operations, and Project teams The Company offers:  • A competitive compensation package • Private medical insurance  • Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth  • A positive and collaborative working environment  • Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!  Social Impact footprint:  • We contribute to Greece's green transition!  • We support Greek suppliers!  • We achieve near-total recycling. • We recycled equivalent to 96.7% of Construction, Demolition, and Excavation Waste.  • We operate responsibly!  We value your privacy.
