👉Careers in Operational Resilience As part of our Operational Resilience Risk Control team, you will play a key role in strengthening the Bank’s ability to withstand disruption and continue delivering value to its customers. You will provide independent oversight and expert guidance on the implementation and effectiveness of the Bank’s Operational Resilience Framework. You will join a dynamic and collaborative team that ensures the Bank’s resilience practices remain robust, forward-looking, and compliant with emerging regulatory expectations such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). In this area, you will: • Contribute to the review and enhancement of the Bank’s Digital Operational Resilience Strategy. • Coordinate the development and implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Testing Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic objectives. • Evaluate test results, provide expert insight, and contribute to the Risk Management Function’s independent opinion. • Support the coordination and testing of ICT Business Continuity Plans, assessing their adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency. • Review and assess the ICT incident management process to ensure timely response, escalation, and resolution of incidents. • Monitor and evaluate third-party service provider management processes, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s resilience and risk standards. • Track and enhance key risk indicators (KRIs) and contribute to risk reporting for senior management and governance committees. • Promote a strong operational resilience culture by supporting training, awareness, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the Bank. ________________________________________ Needed Capabilities Technical and Professional Expertise • In-depth understanding of Operational Resilience principles, ICT Risk Management, and Business Continuity frameworks. • Experience in the implementation or oversight of Digital Operational Resilience programs and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA). • Practical knowledge of ICT incident management, third-party risk oversight, and resilience testing methodologies. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data-driven reporting. • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Information Security, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master’s degree is considered an asset. • Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, or ISO 22301 are desirable. Strategic and Analytical Thinking • Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into practical, risk-informed actions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with sound judgment in decision-making. • Capacity to identify process enhancements that strengthen resilience and regulatory alignment.
