Antenna Group is a leading international content, media and entertainment organization, owning and operating a diverse portfolio of global media assets across a variety of platforms: Television, Pay TV, OTT, Radio, Cinema Exhibition, Digital, Music, Publishing and Education, throughout Europe, North America and Australia. Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position: CRM / Lifecycle Manager About the Role The CRM / Lifecycle Manager will own the full audience lifecycle for ANT1+, driving activation, engagement, retention and win-back across all user segments. This is a key revenue-driving role, focused on reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV). Job Description • Design automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, renewal, winback) • Manage push notifications, email flows, and in-app messaging • Build audience segmentation, triggers and behavioral targeting • Reduce churn through timely interventions and personalized communications • Collaborate with Product to improve onboarding and billing flows • Work with Commercial to increase ARPU through upsell, cross-sell and reactivation • Monitor KPIs: retention, churn, activation rate, LTV, engagement • Run experiments (A/B tests) to improve message relevance and timing Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Customer Analytics, or CRM is a strong plus (not required) • 3+ years CRM experience in subscription, OTT, telecom or e-commerce • Expertise in CRM platforms, segmentation tools, automation flows • Strong analytical ability, familiarity with behavioral data • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in digital channels • Experience with retention/churn strategies is a major plus The Company Offers • Competitive Salary Package • Health and Life Insurance Plan • Thrive in a Supportive and Dynamic Workplace – Be part of a collaborative team that champions innovation, values diverse perspectives, and drives strategic success together
