TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA Group, is looking for a Tax Accountant Main responsibilities: Prepare annual tax calculations, tax payments, corporate income Tax & VAT tax returns Ensure Tax Compliance of WHT and Stamp duties Review myDATA uploads to relative platforms to ensure tax compliance Participate in the computation of Transfer Pricing allocations between entities Monitor indirect and direct tax requirements Analyze new transactions to determine potential book-tax differences and other related tax accounting treatment Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to determine proper tax treatment and identify potential tax credits, deductions and incentives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, legal, and operations and provide recommendations on tax-efficient structures and transactions Prepare tax reports to management, as required Assistance with tax audits and various internal tax inquiries Liaise with internal and external auditors Requirements: BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant field MSc or/and professional qualification in Tax and Accounting will be considered an asset 3+ years of working experience in a similar role with outstanding knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Good knowledge of corporate tax law and myDATA Knowledge of Transfer Pricing will be appreciated Proficiency in MS Excel Experience in using ERP systems - SAP familiarization will be considered a plus Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Analytical thinking with attention to detail Excellent time management skills Self-motivated and willingness for continuous development & improvement The Company Offers: Opportunities for further development Life & health insurance plan
