For more than 80 years, Halcor has been offering innovative and added-value solutions that meet contemporary client demands. ELVALHALCOR - Copper & Alloys Extrusion Division is searching for an EXPORT SALES SPECIALIST with business acumen to join our dynamic Commercial Department at Oinofyta, Voiotia, Greece. Role Description Key Responsibilities: • Prepare commercial proposals-offers to our customers • Follow up on Customers' Orders and Order Confirmations/Contracts and product deliveries to customers • Proactively seek for new Business Opportunities (new markets, new customers, new products, leads generation), market research and competition analysis • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints • Distribute product information to relevant departments and update the product database with technical and commercial specifications. Update salesforce with customer information and visit reports. • Create monthly sales & cost analysis reporting per customer, market, and product categories using the SAP system relevant modules • Negotiate contracts with customers • Attend trade exhibitions and conferences • Meet with clients virtually or in sales visits • Suggest improvements of internal processes & methods of work Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering. Master's degree will be considered an asset. • 3-5 years experience in industrial sales. • Fluency in English, both oral and written (second foreign language desired). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. • Dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented. • Proactive and with team spirit. • Able to plan, prioritize and solve problems • Willing to travel.
