Job Title: Strategy and Financial Risk Management Expert Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Mission: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Financial Risk Management Expert to join our team. In this role, the Expert will participate in the optimization of the Group's liquidity through performing effective forecasts and analysis related to cash flow, liquidity, and capital risks. Responsibilities: • Perform Cash & liquidity forecasting. • FX & IR Swap risk management & strategy: Risk identification, FX spot & forward market monitoring, IR curves monitoring, sensitivity stress test. • Capital risk management & strategy: Alternative funding sources & risk assessment (KPIs). • Creating contingency funding plan for potential liquidity crisis. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering, or related field. • Master's degree in Finance, Economics or MBA with focus on risk management or professional certifications are highly preferred. • Strong ability to review and conduct complex analysis in cash forecasting. • Solid experience in risk modelling and forecasting exposures. • Deep understanding of variance analysis and sizing of required liquidity buffer. • Risk strategy, financial risk & contingency funding plan skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
