As Supervisory Relations Senior Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the Group’s Internal Capital Adequacy Process (ICAAP) and Supervisory Stress Test exercises. What you will be doing • Ensure effective communication of the Bank and the Supervisory Authorities (Eurosystem and Single Supervisory Mechanism-SSM). • Drive the PMO of the Group’s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), by coordinating all involved units, while keeping tight track of the project schedule and its deliverables. • Lay out the schedule and coordinate the Regulatory Stress Tests (ST) process and the relevant submissions (templates, explanatory notes, quality assurance process, etc.). • Keep track and ensure the remedial actions needed for any expectations, requests, recommendations etc. that might have been communicated from the SSM to the Bank in the context of these exercises are timely communicated to the relevant Units of the Bank and the Group. • Produce and coordinate the material presented to the Committees of the Bank, as well as keeps accurate minutes, in relation to the Supervisory Stress Test and ICAAP and ensure that it is timely prepared and disseminated. • Adhere to the internal governance of the bank and keep track so that all the required internal approvals are obtained before the submission of any material related to ICAAP and ST exercises. • Coordinate the procedures for the updates of the relevant frameworks (ICAAP, ST) and manuals, as needed. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Financial Engineering, Business, Accounting or in any other related field. • A postgraduate degree in the above-mentioned fields or professional qualifications such as CFA/CRM/ACCA will be considered an asset. • At least six (6) years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance support in the financial services industry, capital markets or financial advisory. • PMI-RMP certification will be greatly appreciated. • Exposure to key regulatory concepts and knowledge of the regulatory framework. • Prior experience and view on ICAAP and Stress Test methodologies will be considered a plus. • Advanced use of the MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent command of the English and Greek language (both written and spoken).
