What you will be doing: • Assist the Procurement Division with all legal issues pertaining to procurement activities. • Review, draft and negotiate contracts associated with the Bank's procurement (including software licensing, service agreements, vendor agreements and technology-related contracts as well as supply contracts). • Ensure that contracts are valid legally, accurately reflect the objectives of the parties, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing procurement activities. • Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks involved with procurement transactions. • Ensuring SRB and DORA adherence in all contracts. • Address potential legal difficulties that may arise during the procurement process by collaborating with cross-functional teams. • When required, advice on disputes and conflicts relating to procurement. • Keep up with technological, legal and regulatory developments to ensure the organization's operations remain compliant. What you need to have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Law is required. • A Master’s Degree in IT or Commercial Law will be considered a plus. • Membership at Bar Association. • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience gained in-house or in a leading private practice. • Knowledge in banking regulatory framework, intellectual property and data protection regulations is desirable. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in Greek and in English. • Business – minded approach. • Ability to work independently and manage own workload while being part of a team.
