Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). • 12 to 15 years of experience in cement manufacturing processes and/or production operations. • Extensive experience in cement plant process audits and energy audits. • Strong knowledge of process tools and latest industry developments. • Expertise in cement production processes, equipment, and environmental standards. • Understanding of CO2 reduction strategies, alternative fuel substitution, and decarbonization initiatives. • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and change management skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams. • Experience working in a multicultural environment with an international mindset.
