Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). • 8-10 years of experience in cement manufacturing processes and/or production operations. • Strong expertise in grinding circuits and process optimization. • Knowledge of process tools and latest industry advancements. • Strong analytical skills in planning, cost, and data analysis. • In-depth understanding of cement production processes, equipment, and environmental standards. • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in cement manufacturing. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills. • Ability to influence, engage, and inspire cross-functional teams. • Experience working in multicultural environments with international exposure.
