Candidate Profile - Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration with a proven working experience of at least 10 years in relevant research or industrial positions. - Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the above mentioned fields with a proven experience of at least 14 years in relevant industrial or research roles. - Proven experience in planning, executing, and completing RDI projects, including resource planning, progress monitoring, and financial spending, as well as reporting to national and international agencies; know-how on financial reporting according to EU and Greek guidelines for research projects will be considered most appropriate (e.g. HorizonEurope, Ereyno-Kainotomo, or similar). - Advanced project management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools is a plus. - Very good writing competence, focusing on professional reports and dissemination. - Fluent in English; additional EU language will be considered an asset. - Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).
