In this respect, we are looking for CANDIDATES for the position of ΙΤ Functional Consultant Commerce, based in Athens Reporting to the Business Relationship Manager, the IT Functional Consultant is responsible for the effective operation of all systems in his area of responsibility by defining problems, developing solutions, conducting testing and providing support to end users. Job Purpose: The IT Functional Consultant will be responsible for translating business requirements into the design and build of IT Solutions taking into account the lifecycle management for specific applications and will have a role in projects, related to the implementation of new solutions or changes to existing ones. Will actively seek for improvement opportunities in business processes and IT enablement. Ability to understand business needs, the corresponding IT application landscape and digital trends in the area of Commerce. Job Description / Key Responsibilities • Contribute to the implementation and support of planned IT solutions and changes: • Create, update and maintain IT project deliverables (business requirements, functional design, user stories, issues lists) • Assist in data management, ensure master data integrity in key systems, identify areas for data quality improvements and resolve data quality issues, define and implement data controls to ensure that data are accurate, complete, secure, and reliable. • Understand the end-to-end service and business impact from a user’s perspective, not just the technical or functional components • Work closely with internal resources and external parties to ensure timely delivery of the agreed solutions • Support test scenarios creation and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the solutions meet the agreed criteria and quality standards. • Provide support on operational issues, propose potential solutions and support the implementation of improvements to corresponding implemented applications You will fit into this role if you have a strong personal drive, as well as the ability to set clear targets and drive things forward in a structured way. • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or in a relevant technology-related field • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates) • 3-5 years of work experience (FMCGs will be considered a plus) • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Team player with strong business acumen. • Demonstrate lightweight Project Management experience and ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams in a multicultural environment • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP ERP. • Nice to have: familiarity with Agile SCRUM framework, experience with IoT solutions, cloud technologies and PaaS (Azure, AWS), PowerBI
