Job Title: Business Analyst Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our International Division team. In this role, the Business Analyst will actively participate in the creation of business plans of the Division and will monitor the financial results of the foreign subsidiaries. Responsibilities: • Monitoring of the results and operations of foreign subsidiaries • Participation in the preparation of strategic and operational plans for the International Division • Participation (as analyst) in the evaluation of investment and operational projects regarding the foreign subsidiaries • Participation in projects implemented by the International Division and cooperation with both relevant teams of foreign subsidiaries, as well as with the Group on a case-by-case basis • Analysis of facts and data to support the Director of International Division in strategic decision-making Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Finance / Economics / Business Administration • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, MBA. • Prior experience of minimum 4 years in relevant roles • Exceptional knowledge of English language • Proficiency in MS Office • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with detail-orientation • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
