Job Title: Petrol Stations Control Expert Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petrol Stations Control Expert to join our International Division team. In this role, the Petrol Stations Control Expert will undertake the evaluation of the areas of interest for the expansion of each country’s network. Responsibilities: • Checks the area, the data and the assumptions of the proposal, evaluates and approves the investment proposal to ensure the continuous renewal and expansion of an efficient network of the country • Ensures the integrity of the brand of each petrol station • Ensures and contributes to the maintenance and development of an efficient and functional network of petrol stations in each country • Ensures the update of the network development tool PMA (Preferred Market Analysis Area) which will support the network development strategy in each country • Informs about new data and market practices. • Ensures the implementation of the Group's Procurement Regulation, with regard to specifications of materials/works in the tendering procedure and evaluation of tenders. • Oversees and controls the assignment of technical projects for the petrol stations network, as well as all stages of project execution in terms of costs, project quality and materials. • In cooperation with the Department of Operation Coordination and HSSE, coordinates and supervises compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental protection conditions during the implementation of projects • Conducts visits to each area and evaluates the quality of the services provided • Maintains close cooperation with the General Managers & Operation Directors of foreign subsidiaries, International Division and with the Group's Divisions (Procurement / Technical services / IT / Marketing etc.), as well as with Suppliers, Consultants and Construction Contractors. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Surveyor) • Prior experience of minimum 5 years in relevant roles in construction projects • Exceptional knowledge of English language • Very good knowledge of MS Office Excel & Powerpoint • Strong project management skills and detail-orientation • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt effectively to stakeholder needs • Very good organizational skills and consistency Benefits: Our Company offers a competitive remuneration package and provides a wide range of benefits including professional development opportunities.
