Job Title: International Electricity Supply and Management Lead Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Description: We are seeking an International Electricity Supply and Management Lead who will focus on functional supervision of all electricity trading and supply activities, being responsible for the development of the electricity trading department and the creation of expertise in the field of electricity supply and trading management. Responsibilities: • Functional supervision of the Electricity Trading departments of affiliates • Collaboration with the head of electricity trading in each affiliate to monitor electricity supply and management and product development in the affiliates • Review of the terms of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and the suitability of electricity producers in the portfolio • Review of long-term balance and methodologies for short-term balance, including the accuracy of forecasting models and production/demand adjustments • Providing guidance in product development • Leading initiatives for the development of activities of the individual structures of Supply & Management of electricity in existing or new markets • Responsible for designing business plans for the activity of Supply & Management of electricity • Responsible for analyzing sectors or markets that are strategically important for further development • Leading the process of evaluating candidate projects • Leading the development of expertise in electricity supply & management in various markets • Responsible for providing opinions on regulatory developments and guiding the country's business model to ensure compliance Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering • Minimum 10 years of experience in energy, preferably on energy trading or energy management • Expertise in energy sourcing, management and product development • Excellent communication and knowledge sharing skills • Ability to co-ordinate with international teams • Ability to assess power producers, with focus on PV but also other sources, including thermal • Knowledge of energy products structuring across different markets Benefits: Our Company offers a competitive remuneration package and provides a wide range of benefits including professional development opportunities.
