Job Title: Health & Safety Analyst Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Description: We are looking for a Health & Safety Analyst to join our team. The Health and Safety Analyst will assess workplace health and safety practices to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will make a significant contribution to the organization by conducting audits, safeguarding safety protocols and recommending improvements to minimize workplace hazards. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular audits and inspections of workplace facilities to identify potential health and safety hazards. • Analyze incident reports and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety programs and initiatives. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization. • Provide training and resources to employees on health and safety best practices. • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations and best practices related to health and safety. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental studies or a relevant scientific discipline. • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in health and safety analysis. • Solid understanding of safety audits and assessments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
