Job Title: Risk Analyst Job Location: Athens, Greece Job Description: We are looking for experienced Risk Analysts to join our team. The Risk Analysts will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and reporting potential threats and creating frameworks to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, mitigate risk and remediate operational and regulatory vulnerabilities. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources related to financial reports and operational processes to inform risk management strategies. • Audit existing processes and procedures to find weaknesses. • Conduct assessments to identify and analyze possible risks. • Evaluate the significance of each risk by considering its consequences. • Develop and implement risk management systems, controls and methodologies, as appropriate. • Design contingency plans to proactively manage crises and minimize potential losses. • Prepare reports and present recommendations. • Promote risk awareness and implement trainings where necessary. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline. • Approximately 7 years of work experience in risk analysis, assessment and controls. • Solid understanding of auditing and reporting procedures. • Proficiency in risk assessment tools, statistical analysis software and financial modeling. • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build partnerships across various functions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
