ELVALHALCOR - Aluminium Rolling Division is searching for PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Key Accountabilities Proposes/schedules interventions aimed at improvements in areas such as safety, productivity, and quality within the framework of continuous improvement Responsible for executing the production schedule and resolving any issues that may arise In case of malfunctions/failures, and after consulting with the chief engineer, notifies the maintenance departments Informs supervisors about all production and quality issues that arose during the shift Immediately reports safety, health, and environmental incidents Orders and codes spare parts for the department through SAP Ensures compliance with HEALTH & SAFETY regulations Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering Previous work experience in an industrial environment Team spirit Ability to manage a team Good knowledge of the English language About the benefits Our Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
