We are looking for a IT Digital Project Manager to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team in Athens. This role is key to driving digital transformation and business process digitization initiatives. Your role will encompass: Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Design and implement Business Process Digitization (BPD) solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and accelerate process digitization. Develop technical specifications (Blueprints) and manage vendor selection (RFI, RFQ, RFP). Oversee task assignments, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Translate business needs into actionable project plans. Develop training programs for users. What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s a plus). 4+ years of experience in digital project management. Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications preferred). Experience with Agile methodologies and vendor management. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
