We are currently looking for Senior Loyalty Specialis to join our Customer Value Management Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices. By joining this role, you'll play a crucial role in designing and executing the loyalty strategy, monitoring its effectiveness, and driving customer engagement and retention through innovative initiatives and strong cross-functional collaboration Your Role Will Encompass Designing and executing a loyalty strategy to ensure operational efficiency and financial success. Managing the loyalty budget, evaluating new initiatives for growth, and tracking key financial metrics. Collaborating with marketing teams and external partners to enhance loyalty offerings and explore expansion opportunities. Analyzing customer data to optimize the loyalty program and improve retention using metrics such as Churn, NPS, and CLTV. Coordinating with IT teams and tech vendors to maintain and upgrade the loyalty platform. Conducting competitive analysis and proposing strategies to enhance our loyalty program’s market position. Tracking relevant KPIs and creating performance dashboards to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. What You Bring To The Role Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in CX or related fields, specializing in Loyalty Programs. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Strong data-driven and analytical skills with a focus on behavioral analytics. Proven experience in developing customer loyalty propositions that drive satisfaction and value. Experience managing Loyalty Programs and understanding customer engagement. Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and data mining tools is a plus.
