About the Role We are seeking for a senior professional to join our Performance, Cost Management and Financial ALM unit and specifically the Value-Based Management, Group Budget and Performance Management team. By leveraging data, insights, and strategic frameworks, you will ensure resources are optimized, objectives are achieved, and maximum value is delivered to stakeholders. You will play a critical role in implementing Value-Based Management principles and methodologies, aligning organizational & financial performance with value creation, and the Bank’s broader strategic objectives. Responsibilities • Play a critical role in the design and implementation of a comprehensive performance and value management framework that aligns with organizational goals • Ensure organizational accountability by utilizing transparent reporting and effective performance tracking • Αct as a central point of expertise and guidance for performance analysis, for Value-Based Management methodologies and tracking across the Bank • Participate in the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of the Bank’s annual budget cycle • Participate in regular performance reviews and provide guidance and actionable recommendations to Business Units, based on analytical insights • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation • Monitor, analyze and overview key financial metrics, including EVA, and ensure alignment with Value-Based Management principles • Provide strategic financial insights to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic vision Qualifications • MSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Up to 6 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in the Financial Services industry or a Consulting firm, preferably with specialization in the banking sector • Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) will be considered an asset • Proficiency in Performance Management methodologies, such as FTP, EVA, and VBM • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
