About the job: We are seeking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Infrastructure team. Responsibilities • Provide solutions by designing, implementing and maintaining systems and infrastructure • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, scalability and disaster recovery • Manage and monitor all infrastructure and systems installations, including configuration, testing and maintenance • Implement and maintain security, backup and redundancy activities • Monitor and maintain servers hardware, virtualized environments, cloud platforms and network devices • Manage and optimize Databases performance tuning, space, security & networking (cloud or hybrid) • Identify potential issues, troubleshoot and implement solutions, while escalate appropriately to Vendors for resolving • Continuously monitor systems performance to identify potential bottlenecks and improve systems efficiency • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures • Participate and contribute to infrastructure related projects and collaborate effectively to support and guide internal teams or to resolve issues during new applications development Qualifications • Degree in Computer Science or related field (BSc, MSc) • 3+ years of experience in a relevant position with hand-on duties (installation, maintenance) • Solid experience in MS SQL Management • Proven working experience in administering of Windows Servers (IIS webservers) • Good knowledge in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and scripting • Tibco middleware family (BW, EMS, adapters), administration and configuration skills will be considered an asset (IBM WebSphere family) • Experience in administering Cloud infrastructure (ie Azure) • DevOps Essential skills (Git, Docker) • Familiarity with existing and emerging EM tool technologies (ie SolarWinds, Dynatrace, HP BSM) • Customer-business service orientation and quality focus deliver • Proactive analytical expertise and problem solving approach • Team spirit and ability to learn, adapt, communicate and organize effectively What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
