About the job: We are seeking for an experienced Securitization and Structuring professional who will conduct thorough due diligence on potential deals, loan portfolio asset disposals/acquisitions, capital relief trades and other deleveraging transactions. Responsibilities: • Participate in all aspects of the securitization process, from initial structuring to ongoing management and reporting • Participate in the impact testing process of different transactions, in cooperation with various stakeholders, ensuring the maximum performance of the transaction structure • Participate in the data segmentation and selection of the transaction perimeter • Perform underwriting exercises by applying relevant models and tools • Participate in the preparation of the Securitization business plans and respective liability models, in cooperation with servicers, advisors and the bank's relevant units • Significant involvement in internal implementations and day to day activities related to post transaction requirements and reporting (BI tools, management and regulatory reporting) • Ensure all securitization transactions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk, credit, legal, finance, and compliance departments • Prepare required analysis for senior committees of the bank or external stakeholders Qualifications: • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (BSc, MSc) • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role and more than 5 years in the Banking or Financial Services industry • Strong understanding and proven experience in loan portfolio transactions and securitizations • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing securitization and SRT (significant risk transfer) transactions • CFA Candidate or charterholder will be considered an asset • Project Management skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools/methodologies and good knowledge of SQL • Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills What's In It For You In our bank it is a top priority to provide a modern work environment, where all our employees can perform and grow.
