Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes corporate culture and change management actions
- Implements actions for the transformation of the corporate culture and communication in regard to
the change management
- Identifies opportunities for effective integration of change into the daily life of PPC employees,
develops action plans to ensure their successful adoption and promotes a culture of continuous
improvement and innovation
- Organizes activities (workshops) with the aim of diagnosis, shaping and integration of the corporate
culture in the organization
- Collects and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of corporate culture actions and change
management
- Collaborates cross-functionally with other teams to promote an inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University in Human Resource Management (HRM) or Business
Administration or other related field
- Master's degree in Sciences will be considered an additional qualification
- At least six (6) years of relevant working experience in implementing change management initiatives
in large-scale projects and planning methodology and extracting organizational culture findings with
the aim of increasing employee engagement
- Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies (FMCG) or consulting companies or banks
distinguished for their dynamic environment will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of SPSS will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
