Join our team and #be_part_of_tomorrow #AlphaBank #Tomorrow Purpose As a Cards Issuing Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the issuing of Bank Cards, in collaboration with the Branch Network in order to meet and satisfy the customer needs effectively. What you will be doing • Participate in processes and activities related to card products management and development, as well as card sales and portfolio management, supporting the Branch Network, respectively. • Support the Branch Network of the Bank regarding the issuing of the cards. • Participate in implementing in cooperation with the suitable Business Areas promotional actions for the Branch Network, with the aim of further development and increase of profitability. • Participate in the development of the pricing policy for their products. • Organize and handle customers’ requests so as to provide second level support to Customer Service Call Center. • Develop the relationship with International Organizations Cards, the implementation of the strategy for the development of related to them portfolios. • Process daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end card reports. What you need to have • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing or in any other related discipline. • A postgraduate degree in any of the abovementioned fields will be considered an asset. • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in product management or in the card payments industry. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. • Creative thinking with emphasis on the search for new ideas and solutions for the best Customer Experience. • Presentation skills and ability to promote products. • Excellent use of the Windows environment and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). • Critical thinking and organizational skills. • Teamwork skills and dedication to achieving the desired result.
