Join our team #AlphaBank #WeAreAlpha #EnablingProgress # AlphaCulture #ValuesThatLead #OneTeamOnePurpose Purpose As Senior Project Manager you will report to the Financial Planning and Reporting Projects Director and will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing aggregation and reporting optimization projects for the Performance Management and Reporting business area and handling all the necessary project documentation. You should be a strong team player with strategic thinking, complex problem solving and solid communication and stakeholder skills. What you will be doing • Prepare the Business Case for aggregation and reporting optimization projects. • Identify and coordinate internal teams and third parties/vendors for the execution of aggregation and reporting optimization projects. • Collaborate with the project teams to identify and plan all required actions and help create detailed Project Plans. • Monitor the projects’ progress and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure timely availability of important information. • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the project budget approval and consumption. • Organize project documentation e.g., reports, presentations etc., in a disciplined manner. • Prepare dashboards regarding the progress of critical objectives to update all stakeholders involved. • Facilitate the process of forming SLAs with internal Customers/Vendors for the optimal scheduling of operations. • Evaluate and report project efficiency and effectiveness upon completion. What you need to have • A Bachelor degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or in any other related field. • A Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, MIS, Data Science, or IS&T will be considered as a plus. • Project Management or other related, Certifications. • At least seven (7) years’ Project Management experience in the Banking sector. • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong analytical skills • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
