Responsibilities:
- Coordination, support, and oversight of the Units within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the competent units of the People & Organization Group Function
- At first level, coordination and support for the implementation of labour legislation and other regulations and arrangements relating to personnel issues
- Changes to organizational structure, job descriptions, understanding of role evaluation system and link to pay range, unit staffing plan and candidate selection process
- Management of projects related to the human resources of the units (voluntary redundancy schemes, mass transfers, etc.), monitoring of training and development plans
- Creation and communication of reports
Implementation of projects assigned by the Department Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a Greek or foreign University or College
- A Master's degree will be appreciated as an additional qualification
- Experience of at least 8 years in organized Human Resources departments, including at least 5 years of experience in positions of responsibility in large enterprises and organizations of wide scope and dispersion
- Experience in preparation of presentations & reports/business metrics
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
